 
Annual Water Conservation Contests & Calendar
Since 1979, the Board of Water Supply (BWS) has held an Annual Water Conservation Week poster contest for students in Kindergarten-6th grades to teach them about the importance of water conservation. Thousands of students enter the contest each year and since 1987, the winner's artwork has been featured in the BWS's Annual Water Conservation Calendar, which is distributed at the end of every year. In 2009, the BWS expanded this popular program to include a new poetry contest open to all students in 7th-12th grades. Click here to download the 2010 Water Conservation Calendar.
