Q:   I have a question regarding my sewer bill.
       Please call the Department of Environmental Service at 768-3330.  Please be advised
      that sewer service charges increased effective July 1, 2010.  Click here to view a
      rate increase letter from the Department of Environmental Service Director.

Q:   What are my bill payment options? 

1. Check or Money Order.  You may either mail a check or money order in 
   the envelope enclosed with your bill or visit one of the Satellite City Hall 
   stations located throughout Oahu. Your may also pay your bill at our 
   Main Office located at 630 S. Beretania St., Honolulu, HI 96843. 
   


2. Automatic Bill Payment.  For your convenience BWS offers automatic bill payment through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which automatically deducts money from your checking or savings account.  Sign up for this service by calling our Customer Care Office at 748-5020 to request an application.
   
   
3. Bill/Payment Online (E-Bill).  Bills are electronically created and delivered over the Internet.  Payments are electronically generated and sent to us.

Q:   When can I expect my bill?
       Water/sewer bills are sent every two months. 

Q:   What if I don't pay my bill on time?      

1. If payment is not received and posted by the Due Date on your bill, then
   the amount is past due and a Final Notice will be issued.

2. If you received a Final Notice, the full past due amount must be received and posted by the deadline date or water may be discontinued.

3. If your water is turned off for nonpayment, you will be required to pay the full amount of your bill plus a turn-on charge before water can be restored.
