At the BWS, customer service takes on many aspects: whether it has to do with water bills, service engineering, new permits, or a wide variety of other questions, BWS personnel are prepared to assist consumers wherever possible.

Throughout the building permit process,  we work with customers developing new properties to meet BWS requirements, obtain required clearances and meet water needs.

Becoming a customer of the Board of Water Supply is simple: just sign up or call in to request that service. Provide your address and phone number, and the date you will be needing water service to our customer service representative and your account will be set up.
